1. A client who has a dispute with a member of the Ordre des technologues en imagerie médicale, en radio-oncologie et en électrophysiologie médicale du Québec concerning the amount of an unpaid account for professional services for which no proceedings have been instituted may file a written application for conciliation with the syndic of the Ordre des technologues en imagerie médicale, en radio-oncologie et en électrophysiologie médicale du Québec.
